" Just a short note to say how much we enjoyed staying at your villa in Dalyan in September. The villa was beautiful and spaceous , very quiet yet close to town and the river. We will certainly look to returning there again in the future."

"Villa Allure is perfect. A beautiful villa set in its own grounds, a lovely garden, and beautiful pool. The rooms are all furnished to an extremely high level. The bedrooms are large, with very comfortable beds. Shower rooms are all beautifully tiled. The Villa is maintained to a very high level. Villa Allure is within a short walk of local shops and restaurants. The locals are very friendly. This was our second visit to Villa Allure, and we have returned home and booked again for next year. Villa Allure has everything we could wish for.
Thank you to I am sure very proud owners"

"First time in Turkey and loved it. Will definitely return to Dalyan in the future. Loved Villa Allure, the pool and the chickens. There are so many things to do, but one thing that you should definatley make time for is the 12 island sailing cruise tour. If you enjoy exploring we would recommend the gorge a Sakikent and the waterfall in Toperlar (brilliant for a cool refreshing swim after the walk to it).
A few must visit restaurants in Dalyan are ‘Caretta Caretta’ on the riverside, ‘Sini’ for a real Turkish experience, and the ‘Four Seasons’ for a good and friendly banter.
All in all a brilliant holiday."

"We are currently at Villa Allure in Dalyan! We arrived here yesterday 31/8/13. This is the first holiday we have taken out of our comfort zone (I.e we normally go to Jamaica where we are from or stay in an all inclusive hotel). So far we have enjoyed every bit of this holiday. Having 5 children makes it difficult to live out of a hotel room so we chose this villa. The Villa has everything that we need great kitchen facilities including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave even a coffee maker! Four bedrooms all with en-suite which at home we have 2 bathrooms and one toilet and there are times when all toilets are occupied so the same goes for here too!!! The upside is everyone can shower at the same time which means we get out the villa quicker but I'm also impressed with the water system as if all showers are on non of them are compromised unlike my bathrooms at home!!!! The villa is spacious and bright, modern contemporary decor (the pictures do not do this villa any justice! You have to be here to get the whole feel of the place!) all bathrooms (which are in non of the pics) have big walk in showers with lovely tiled walls floor to ceiling and beautiful contemporary suites. There is a beautiful staircase that goes up to an amazing long passage - just off here are 3 lovely spacious rooms with built in closets and other storage space. We are not even using the bedroom downstairs as the other 3 upstairs are big enough for us!
Downstairs is a lovely open space area, but divided into livingroom, dining (eating area) and kitchen. Outdoors is a lovely decent sized pool with Jacuzzi. The pool is great to jump into first thing in the morning when the sun is baking hot! There is a lovely outdoor seated area called a kosk which is like a little snuck or hideaway. We played cards there last night at about midnight! I imagine that it's where you would sit in the evening and have a Turkish coffee:-)
There are plenty of sun lounges and there is also a lovely garden patio set comprising of 6 chairs and a table. At the back of the house there is a BBQ which we haven't used yet but will defo try out before we go.
This villa is hosted by Oruc Exclusive. Our rep Durmus is the most lovely man you could ever meet! He came to us on our first morning and told us all we needed to know about the villa and about the area! He gave us a map of Dalyan and plotted all the places we needed to know (local post office, bakery, fish shop, meat shop, market, restaurants, bus stop etc) Oruc also do there own excursions and we have booked 2 with them. They are pretty reasonable prices and kids over 6 go half price (children under 6 are free!!)
Booking this villa was pretty simple, Navine was very helpful and accommodating. She kept us very well informed and told us all we needed to know.
So there are a few little things that we were concerned about but to be honest we have worked around them: The pool has no safety railing. To be honest I think this would really look ugly and ruin the scenic view! However, safety is paramount so we bought a swim jacket for the baby! He wears it at all times when outside! We also lock the doors whenever we are inside (just in case he gets out) and we put the keys up high in the kitchen wall cabinets. The pool is also quite deep, I can just about tip toe in the shallow end and I'm 5 foot 6. Ensure you have enough floats for non swimmers. You can buy plenty of inflatables at the local shops which are very near. We bought inflatable beds, snorkelling gear etc the kids love it! My husband can't swim but he loves lounging on the inflatable bed! For children who are non swimmers to be honest (as a frequent swimmer) my children will benefit more from not being able to touch the floor! My girls have really improved after just one day in the pool:-)))
The only other thing to be weary about is that each upstairs has beautiful patio doors that lead to a balcony. Very nice to look out over the mountains! Again just be weary of children and lock and remove the key and place up high!
Dalyan is a beautiful town! We had lunch in the square yesterday (sat) and it felt like a Sunday. Very quiet and peaceful! Just the break that we needed. The people here are so friendly it's amazing! Everyone loves the children my poor 2 year old has has his cheek pinched so many times!!!!! We ate out in the square and it was about £35 for lunch for 7 of us! Last night we are at a beautiful restaurant called Safra at 9pm - our table was right next to the river overlooking the Lycian rocks. They were lit up at night and the view was amazing! We are looking forward to taking the boat to the beach today!
I could write about this place all day but my hubby is already getting annoyed as breakfast is waiting for me on the terrace!!! Ill write another review about our excursions etc etc
All in all this villa definitely is perfect and we probably won't be requesting our deposit back as we will use it to book for next year!!!"

"This was obviously a new villa and is one of three. We had a 6-month baby with us, and it was ideal. It is a 10-minute walk to the town, no hills to contend with, so close enough to walk to all the very good restaurants, bars and shops, but far enough away to have absolute peace if you just want to relax.
In town, service was excellent everywhere. We were a little apprehensive about being some kms from the beach, but the boat ride from town down the river to get there was all part of the experience, and the pool was our main focus most days. There are plenty of excursions and activities on offer if you want to be more active. The villa itself is well equipped, free wifi, spacious and comfortable.
Take DVDs if you want nights in - there are plentiful very cheap bootleg versions in town but the quality is not great. Beware of mosquitoes at dusk, when they are very active, but otherwise not a problem. We took the transfer option and were collected and returned to the airport in comfort saving any problems with finding the villa on arrival. We would have no hesitation at all in recommending Dalyan and Villa Allure as in my opinion a perfect holiday destination.
Thank you to Navine for a wonderful holiday"
